Every Friday on The Verywell Mind Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Amy Morin, LCSW, shares the “Friday Fix”—a short episode featuring a quick, actionable tip or exercise to help you manage a specific mental health issue or concern.

Friday Fix: Episode 225

It’s been a great year hosting The Verywell Mind Podcast. We’ve talked to so many mentally strong people who’ve been brave enough and kind enough to share their strategies for staying mentally strong.

One of the best parts of being the host of a podcast is hearing from the audience. I’ve heard from many listeners who have shared the steps they’re taking to build mental strength.

I’ve also had a lot of fun creating the Friday Fix episodes to share some of my favorite strategies straight from the therapy office. I use them daily, and I hope you find them helpful too.

In fact, your input shapes a lot of the show in terms of what we talk about and who our guests are in each episode.

In today’s episode, I count down the top 10 episodes of the year and give some insights into what I think our most popular episodes reveal about how we’re all doing right now.

I also learned a lot about you all based on what episodes garner the most listeners. And this year, our top shows involved creating healthier relationships, overcoming past mistakes, and working through shame and regret.
